Complimentary UK delivery on orders over £50.
A flat delivery fee of £2.70 applies to orders below £50.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for UK delivery during busy periods.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we’re unable to amend them once dispatched.
Where delivery instructions or safe-place options are selected, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer once delivery has been confirmed.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving and approving the return. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@forseason.co.uk.
Personalised or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
If your order has already been shipped, it may be returned in line with our Returns Policy.
